How to add an image to your page using Epoz
Epoz is a handy "What you see is what you get" editor - it's that
odd toolbar you see when you open a new document in your folder.
If you don't see Epoz, make sure you've selected it as editor in
your preferences or check that you're using a supported browser (pretty
much any recent browser except safari).
First we'll upload an image:
- Save the image on your local machine as a jpeg or gif.
- Go to my folder in soundCommons
- Make sure you are in contents view
- (recommended) Add a folder to my folder and name it images
- Navigate to your new images folder and select add new item ---> image (do not use photo or photoalbum for this)
- Leave the name of the image blank - the software will automatically add this once you upload.
- (optional) Enter the title and description of the image (not needed if you're only loading it for placement on another page)
- Select the browse button locate the image you want to upload on your hard drive and select save
You should see the image open once it's uploaded. click edit and note the name of your image which should be at the top of the page (here it's soundCommonsPink.gif).

Next we'll add the image to your document.
- Navigate to the document that you're adding the image to.
- Open the document and select the' edit tab
- Click on the TOOLBOX icon on the Epoz editor bar.

that opens the TOOLBOX pop up window which lists all the items in your folder.
